Access to social justice in international and comparative law

Bordeaux, June 6th and 7th, 2013

For the next meeting of the International Association of Labour Law Journals (IALLJ), which runs from 6 to 7 June 2013 in Bordeaux, COMPTRASEC organizes an international symposium on the theme of access to social justice in international and comparative law.

The topics considered are:

• Activation of social justice: the trial, procedural delays, legal representation and assistance, role of trade unions and nongovernmental organizations.
• Diversification of social justice: implementation and jurisdiction of national courts and international, alternative and complementary social dispute resolution.
